Overview
4-month contract with possibly of extension
Must be available to work weekends and drive.
$17 per hour
Responsibilities
– Answer all incoming phone calls and relay messages to appropriate individual
– Greet all guests to the sales office in a friendly and professional manner
– Sort incoming mail and courier shipments
– Order and distribute office supplies where required
– Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, etc.
– Enter all sales details into master report and prepare distribution
– Maintain selling files (information is up to date and accurate)
– Coordinate day-to-day office operations such as ensuring office is stocked with supplies (paper, toner, water, etc.),
– Prepare daily sales reports to distribute to project stakeholders
– Other tasks as assigned
Experience:
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent
– Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant office experience
– Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate industry
– Excellent administrative and organizational skills
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
– Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
– Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
– Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
